Nairobi - Samburu - Nanyuki – Nairobi

Day 1: Nairobi - Samburu

Depart Nairobi at 7am through Thika, Karatina Nanyuki to arrive for lunch at Ashnil Lodge in Shaba National Reserve Samburu. After lunch relax till 3pm. Depart for game drives till 6pm at Shaba National Reserve for dinner and overnight at Ashnil Lodge.

Day 2: Samburu National Park

Have early morning breakfast at 0630hrs then depart to neighboring Samburu National Park for game drive to see the resident wildlife species like the Reticulated Giraffe, Gravy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the blue-necked Somali Ostrich that are rare elsewhere in the country. Return back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch relax and swim at the pool side till 1530hrs. Depart for more game drives at Shaba National Reserve till 6pm for dinner and overnight at Ashnil Lodge.

Day 3: Buffalo Springs National Reserve

After early morning breakfast depart for another neighboring National Reserve the Buffalo Springs National Reserve for game drives till lunch time. Return for lunch and relax the rest of the afternoon for dinner and overnight at Ashnil Lodge.

Day 4: Samburu - Nanyuki

After morning breakfast at 0730hrs depart to sweet waters game reserve to arrive at 0830hrs. After checking in at sweet waters tented camp (a four star tented camp) departs for game drives for the whole morning. This is a chimpanzee sanctuary and lies in the heart of 24,000 acres. It has magnificent views across the plains to the snow capped peaks of Mount Kenya; it also overlooks a large water hole which has a flood light by night, providing a haven of thirsty wildlife. This offers excellent and scheduled game viewing rarely available anywhere. The all the big fives and other animals are found in this reserve they include: giraffes, zebras, elephants, buffalos, lions, leopards, rhinos and chimpanzees. At 1330hrs have lunch later relax and swim at this luxurious tented camp until 1600hrs. You can choose to go for more game drives till 6pm or continue relaxing. For dinner and overnight at the luxurious Sweet Waters Tented Camp

Day 5: Nanyuki - Nairobi

After morning breakfast depart to Nairobi for Lunch at Safari Park Hotel, after a very exciting and memorable tour of Samburu, Shaba, Buffalo Spring and Ol pajeta Conservancy National Reserves.
